Training Salary: INR 25,000

Full-Time Salary: INR 30,000

Job Type: Full Time (Work from Office)
Eligibility: MBA/PGDM (Sales/Marketing/Logistics & Supply Chain) with min 55% in academics (2021 and 2022 passouts)
Selection Process:
1. Online test (General aptitude)
2. Virtual PI
3. Post Training Assessment
Initial Stipend during Training: 25000
Salary will be revised on the absorption of trainees after the Final Performance Assessment
CTC provided- 4 Lacs (includes Fixed 90% + Variable 10%)
Travel and Mobile reimbursement is over and above the CTC.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Passion to work in hardcore Sales/BD function.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and regional language.
• Must possess Driving license  & Bike
• Willing to relocate anywhere within the ZoneAbout the program:
  The training is divided into 3 Parts – :
  1. Classroom Training-
  2. OJT (on the job) Training
  3. Final Deployment
  The BDET will be assessed at the end of the training and only qualified BDETs will be absorbed into the organization.

  Job Description:

• Create new business leads, visiting new clients on daily basis.
• Generate business from the new/ existing client thereby achieving the business target.
• Retaining existing customers and keep selling.
• Selling value-added services.
• Maintain client relations to build an excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business
• Resolving the customer issues and queries on time
• Controlling the outstanding and strong follow-up with the customer for collections.
• Immediate response to any customer requirement
