Eligibility– BBA/B.com/MBA (Finance & HR) Functional & Communication Skills
Total Numbers -15
Stipend- INR 10,000 p.m.
Tenure– 6 Months
Full time role – Cost to Company (CTC)
CTC to be offered for full time role will be benchmarked as follows:
Campus Hires:

Interns with less than 3.0 rating will not be eligible for full time offer. For Interns with the grade less than 4.6 out of 5 shall be offered at Annual Salary as mentioned in the table which will be an option for those interns to either continue with the company or
Minimum Tenure and Training Expense
Our exclusive internship program has huge cost involved and therefore the full-time employment terms shall include minimum service commitment and claim of training cost on leaving the organization before specified period. The overall spend to train a resource for business opportunity would be approximately INR 4.0L.
