  • Maintain the Attendance Records of all the branches.
  • Manage the recruitment and Selection Process.
  • Orientation of New employee of all the branches.
  • Manage the Joining Formalities and Exit Formalities of the employees.
  • Screening the resumes and Shortlisting Process.
  • Keep the record of punctuality of all the employees.
  • Creating and Revising Job Description.
  • Conducting new employee’s orientation and employees relations counselling.
  • Maintaining Employees Salaries, Incentives and Calculations.
  • Employees Engagement.
  • Managing the advertising regarding open positions, Coordinate and Conducting Interviews.
  • Draft Offer letters, Termination Letters,Experience Letter, Salary Slips and Warning Letters to existing or previous Employees.
  • Maintaining up to date personal information of the employees.
  • Keep the records of phones and number provided to employees.
  • Handle the employees grievances, employee’s concern.
  • Maintenance the Record of Stationery.
  • Coordination with the consultants regarding recruitment.
  • Maintenance the records of handsets provided to staff.
  • Coordination with the staff regarding day to day queries.
  • Coordination with Directors and General Manager regarding recruitment, queries related to management, queries related to Staff.
