Internship Profile:

• The internship program in our organization provide students with better understanding about each and every field especially Marketing, Finance and HR.
• The organization provides the students with opportunities to excel their skill sets in different areas. Also the organization provides hands on experience to the students in each and every field.
• Initial 15 days of training is provided to the students to learn and develop their understanding and skills. Through-out the whole training program the students are regularly mentored and evaluated by their respective manager via regular day to day activities and SWOT analysis.
• After the training period is over, students are ready to face the real world experience and are allocated certain tasks with time limits extending for certain hours to days.

Schedule:

• Learning and training opportunities provided via an e-learning platform
• Distinct project work, either individually or as part of a group
• One-to-one digital consultations and catch ups with your manager and, if provided, your allocated buddy and/or mentor
• Digital networking sessions with employees around the business

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge in handling MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel, etc.)
• Should have a strong foundations of marketing & sales and/or HR/Finance
• Able to work in flexible hours.
• Strong personality
