Position Title: Phone Banking Officer
Key deliverables:
- Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries through the phone banking channel
- Providing customers with relevant product and service information
- Cross selling various banking/non-banking products to customers
Key skills:
- Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
- Open to work in rotational shifts
Academic Eligibility: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, BA, B.Tech, BBA etc.) with 0-3 years of experience.
CTC: Rs. 2.7- 3.1 LPA (approx.) (CTC Can vary as per location)
