Eligibility Criteria :
Passed out students of BCA/MCA/B.Tech(CSE/IT). Students pursuing studies are NOT eligible.
Preferential Criterias :

– Candidates possessing specific skills & those who have pursued training/project requiring specific skills shall be given preference.
Application & Recruitment Process :
Phase A : Pre-screening Test
Conjoinix Common Qualifier Test [CQT-2021] is an online test, which tests the candidates basic capabilities in Logics, Analytics, Reasoning & basic computer skills. CQT-2021 can be taken by any candidate from anywhere. We expect the candidates to take this test without the help from Internet or any friend/family. Please note that : We have taken optimal steps using technology & techniques to identify whether the candidate has taken this test without any assistance and has obtained score all by his capabilities/IQ/EQ.
– All interested candidates have to undergo mandatory Conjoinix Common Qualifier Test [CQT] – 2021 available on the website : http://careers.conjoinix.com
– Min Qualifying marks are 40%.
– Candidates would be selected for next round based on Merits.
Phase B : Pre-Assessment
Candidates qualifying for the CQT will be required to undergo Pre-Assessment round, which will require candidates to undergo Self-assessment procedures, survey of his interests, upload his resume & video-profile, etc
Phase C : Technical & HR Round
Candidates qualifying in Pre-assessment would be intimated for technical & then HR round. All interviews shall be held through online mode only.
Phase D : Finalisation
Selected candidates would be intimated for selection and be offered LOI.
Phase E : Pre-Employment Training
All finalised candidates have to under-go 45 days full day mandatory training @Conjoinix, Chandigarh, which would provide the candidates required skills to perform his duties during his employment @Conjoinix. During the training, each candidate shall be paid Rs. 7,500 per month as fixed stipend. Candidate shall be required to perform and attain the required skills in his specified field. A weekly assessment shall be carried out and candidates shall be required to perform as per specified criterias. Successful candidates shall be given Employment letter at the end of the training. No other remuneration shall be paid to any candidate. Candidates are required to arrange for their own travel, stay, commuting, etc.
Phase F : Employment
The initial 6 months of the employment shall be termed as “probation period”, during which a salary package of Rs. 15,000/- per month shall be given to the candidate and on confirmation, the salary package shall be Rs. 18,000/-. During probation, the notice period for termination shall be 7 days and 30 days otherwise. There shall be no bond. However, Conjoinix expects that once employed, the candidate must commit to work with the organisation for a minimum period of 1 year. In case the candidate wishes to terminate his employment before 1 year, the stipend & differential of appraised salary shall be reversed/adjusted in full & final. Min. salary package after one year shall be in the range of Rs. 22,000/- to 25,000/- depending on the performance & milestones achieved by the candidate. The salary packages shall be inclusive of all statutory deductions/contributions like EPF, ESI, etc.
