HealthMap is providing selected Radio diagnostic services to Government Medical Colleges and District Hospitals offering the services to government and private patients.

These centers are equipped with top of the line imaging equipment including top end 1.5T MRI and CT scanners (16 slice or 128 Cardiac CTs). Objective of this effort is to understand “Where to Play” and “How to Win” for increasing private patient flow in the HealthMap center. Specifically –

    a. Understand the landscape of the GPs nearby

    b. Increase awareness of the center in the nearby GPs community

    c. Understand what will drive these GPs to send referrals to nearby high end HealthMap diagnostic center

    d. Understand the landscape of the nearby diagnostic centers providing competition
