MCOP 303-18 Corporate Governance, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility

Course Objective: The purpose of this course is to familiarize the students with the
knowledge of corporate governance practices, ethics and corporate social responsibility.
It also aims to develop an awareness of the ethical issues related to business and to give
the participants the basic understanding of the relevance of Corporate Social
Responsibility in success of business.
