Location City: Ludhiana, Sangrur, Amritsar, Khanna
Number of Positions: 12 (Ludhiana-4,Khanna-3 Sangrur-3, Amritsar-2)
Reporting to (Designation/Role: Cluster Coordinator / District Coordinator
Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelors/Master in Rural Management/MSW/preferred
- Graduate/PG from any other field may also apply/MBA/BBA
Skil:
- High on interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to work with cross function teams across all levels.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS word
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Interact with School Principals, Head Teachers and Teachers on a regular basis
- Connect with Alumni and conducting Survey.
- Career Guidance to students.
- Backup-Survey of potential candidates in nearby locations.
- Support to CCs for focused/critical schools in day to day operations.
- Collect program data from designated schools (Need based)
- Data Sanitization and data Management (Ned based)
- Travel to school locations as and when required and giving support with need based interventions as guided by CC and DC.
