1. Profile – Finance (Portfolio Management):
The Internship will be designed to cover both theoretical and practical aspects of the Industry. During theoretical classroom sessions conceptual understanding will be generated for financial products (i.e. Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, etc.) and in-depth understanding of Human Life Value Calculation, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, Risk management and
setting of Financial goals will be imparted.
Key responsibilities:
- Finance Intern is required to work under the supervision of senior finance personnel.
- Finance Intern is required to read and understand the financial processes and procedures of the company and work accordingly.
- Gain knowledge about the Financial Products like Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance and equity.
- For gaining practical exposure interns will meet individuals (through referrals, corporate activities, promotional drives, etc.) and generate leads for the organisation.
- Interns will interview clients, review their fiscal situations to understand their Financial Positions and suggest tools to assist in meeting financial goals.
Location: Gurgaon

2. Profile – Marketing and Team Leader:
Innovative company is looking for a qualified Marketing intern to assist in various stages, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers. The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You’ll gain hands-on
experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and
other members of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplish marketing goals through normal managerial duties, such as building prospects, training and conversion, coaching and managing young employees.
- Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales
operational goals. - Develop field action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and goals.
- Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities.
- Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
- Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients.
- Gather, investigate, and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through
reports. - Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, and maintaining a personal
network. - Collaborate with other managers and key employees in department to achieve important
goals.
