Internship Profile
- The internship program in our organization provide students with better understanding about each and every field especially Marketing, Finance and HR.
- The organization provides the students with opportunities to excel their skill sets in different areas. Also the organization provides hands on experience to the students in each and every field.
- Initial 15 days of training is provided to the students to learn and develop their understanding and skills. Through-out the whole training program the students are regularly mentored and evaluated by their respective manager via regular day to day activities and SWOT analysis.
- After the training period is over, students are ready to face the real world experience and are allocated certain tasks with time limits extending for certain hours to days.
Schedule
- Initial 15 days – Inductions Cum Training programme (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance)
- Next 3 weeks (21days) – Marketing & Sales Profile – Handling Client Relationship Management and Revenue Generation.
- Next 3 weeks (21days) – HR/Finance Profile – Handling Recruitment & Selection process , Perform On-boarding Activities
- Understanding of Financial Statement Analysis
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge in handling MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel, etc.)
- Should have a strong foundations of marketing & sales and/or HR/Finance
- Able to work in flexible hours.
- Strong personality
Eligibility
- MBA Marketing and/or HR, (Finance if ready for sales exposure)
- BBA/B.COM
