Job Profile – Talent Acquisition Specialist (alias hiring specialist alias Recruiter)
1. All Leading Corporates and Multi-National Companies are their clients; They get the
manpower demand from Companies like Managers at different levels, V.P.s , CEO, CFO etc.
2. They search the suitable candidate from internal database, references and
various job portals.
3. They send Suitable candidates for interview with client/s and follow the process
till candidate joins the Client office.

Earning Potential
1. Best salary in the industry
+
2. Incentives Average 20,000 to around 1 Lac a month – depends on performance
+
3. Annual Bonus – 2 Lacs depends on performance

 No upper capping / limit on incentives, you can earn as much as you can
 Earning potential for a fresher even is 5 Lacs -10 Lacs a year i.e. average
40,000 a month to around 1 lac per month (includes salary + performance based
incentives)
 Apart from salary and monthly incentives – You are also eligible for Annual
Bonus of 2 Lacs also based on annual performance.
