1. Marketing Interns

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary research to identify potential clients.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients through emails, calls, and social media.
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media content creation and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to boost traffic and brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and prepare analytical reports.
  • Collaborate with senior managers on sales and marketing tasks.

2. Human Resources (HR) Interns

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, job postings, and resume screening.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Organize recruitment events and campus hiring programs.
  • Manage candidate communications and onboarding processes.
  • Support new hire orientation and respond to employee queries.

3. Finance Interns

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Track and report on key business performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in financial forecasts, budgeting, and statement reviews.

4. Business Analytics Interns

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business data related to sales, marketing, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare reports on KPIs, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Study customer feedback and market surveys.
  • Use tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization.
