LEAVE NOTICE

Please be informed that now there is change from the previous policy w.r.t prior information and approval of leaves.

Now on wards, all staff members including the undersigned will inform both Dr. Ghazala Qadri and the Staff members assigning replacement (AP Jyoti Bholla and AP Pankaj Bedi) at the time of availing any type of leave.

All leave applications will now be signed by Dr. Ghazala Qadri.
