Dr. Zahir has more than 45 years of experience in business management education and involved in imparting training to the executives at senior levels of different institutions in public as well as private sector. He has vast experience in the field of providing consultancy and imparting training to the corporate houses. He served as a Director by the Government of India at Allahabad Bank after nationalization of major banks from 1970 to 1977. He was the President of Ludhiana Management Association (LMA) – Affiliated to All India Management Association from 1995 to 1997.
