Profile: Customer Relationship Executive
Requirements:
• Candidate will have to interact with the Management/ Principal/ Sr. Coordinators of the schools.
• Explain them regarding the onboarding procedures of the company to
the concerned persons.
• Updating school reports and sharing with Principals and coordinators
• Be in constant touch with schools.
• Arranging onboarding session periodically.
• Travelling will be part of the job.
• Updating Management/ principals about the usage of the school of weekly or biweekly basis.
• Solve queries of concerned persons on priority basis.
• Maintaining daily reports of the school usage.
• Doing other back-office jobs as assigned.
Qualification: BBA/BCA Candidates
Salary: 1.8 Lacs – 2 Lacs
Profile: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
1. Meeting schools and onboarding them
2. Creating and managing top level sales funnel and generate leads
3. Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
4. Managing customer and channel affiliated relationship with client
5. Conducting demos and presentation of the product
6. Monitor sales, marketing & operational activities; implement strategies to
maximize channel sales & collections as well as smooth operations.
7. Review your own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets
8. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on the same
Skills and Experience
1. 5 + years experience in a sales role with schools, preferably in edtech
and having a client base ( having direct relationship with the school
management) of around 100-150 schools in their region.
2. B.tech/MBA degree.
3. Detailed understanding of the principles of sales
4. Strong communication skills
5. Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
6. Open to traveling.
Profile: Key Accounts Manager
Requirements:
• Candidate will have to provide training to school teachers regarding the Questt app.
• He will be interacting with Principals, Coordinators and Teachers of the schools.
• Be in constant touch with school to maintain healthy relationship and retain the schools
• Updating schools about various event and updates.
• He would also need to visit schools whenever needed.
• Travelling will be part of the job.
• Updating Management/ principals about the usage of the school of weekly or biweekly basis.
• Solve queries of concerned persons on priority basis.
• Maintaining daily reports of the school usage.
Qualification: MCA Candidates
Salary: 2.5 Lacs – 3 Lacs
