SBS FRESHER PARTY “RUBARU”

SBS College, Ludhiana has organised a fresher party “RUBARU” where faculty members and second year Students welcomed the first year Students with much fanfare and enthusiasm. Several educationist and government dignitaries from the District Education Board attended the event. The Chief Guest of the event was Dr (Mrs) KuldeepKaur, Principal, MaiBhago Girls College. She delivered a motivational speech through a short story, she told that our body react the same as like we think in our mind, so our body start to react as according to our perception. So always think positive and impart some values and ethics in yourself. She welcomed and blessed all the students and wish for their bright future.

The Rubaru Welcome party is much awaited affair for seniors as well as juniors. This ceremony began with candle light welcome for juniors where Chairperson Dr. Ghazala Qadri and Managing Director Dr. Zafar Zahir lightened the lamp with all faculty members. The ceremony saw many dizzling performances by both seniors and juniors alike from energetic dance numbers that made evening even more charming. Modelling rounds were there, where juniors suppressed their feelings and introduced themselves. They answered Judge’s questions: Mr. Mohit Thappar and Ms. Monika were selected as Mr. and Ms. Fresher. Mr. Sagar and Ms. Amandeep Kaur selected as Mr. Personality and Ms. Charming.

On this Occasion Managing director cum Principal Dr. Zafar Zahir and Chairperson Dr. Ghazala Qadri distribute the prize to meritorious students with Vice-Principal Ms. Geeta Rani & all Faculty Members and blessed the students & encouraged them to work hard.
