ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Applicant must be local resident of the Grampanchayt he applied for.
• Applicant must be passionate and must follow the code of conduct of MCL.
• Applicant should have Aim to make his Grampanchayt, a prosperous community with increased agricultural income, better environment, and employment generation for his fellow villagers
• Applicant must be ethical, sincere, honest and hardworking.
• Applicant must have no previous criminal record.
• Applicant must not be partial to any group, like particular caste, religion, faith, ethnicity etc., and he should be strong believer in equality and secular
• Applicant must not promote any political party and refrain himself from any kind of political activity
• Applicant’s own work and conduct has to be very professional and he should strive hard to achieve his goal to achieve maximum profit from his business.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sign MOU with MCL for MVP project.
• Sign an agreement with Grampanchayt for solid waste management and do survey in prescribed format (Format will be supplied by MCL).
• To get land from Grampanchayt for setting up waste management center or arrange land for the same on lease or otherwise.
• After agreements with Grampanchayt & land arrangement, MCL MOU will be converted into a permanent agreement
• To establish his own biomass collection center at his village.
• To organize biomass collection from all villages under Grampanchayt area.
• To set up demonstration unit for Biomass Farming (Algae, Napier (Elephant) grass, water hyacinth etc.) at MVP (MCL Village Project) site.
• To Select local village associate for collection & organization of biomass, one associate for each village.
• To establish the transport facility for collection of Biomass from MBF (MCL Biomass Farmer) up to MVP site first and then finally up to project site.
• To manage vehicle and Labour for transportation of biomass from villages to MVP (MCL Village Project) site and then finally up to project site
• To establish the facility for training MBF (MCL Biomass Farmer) and office for the same.
• Giving all technical support and knowledge to MBF (MCL Biomass farmer).
• Distribution of algae seed/ soil conditioner to MBF (MCL Biomass Farmer).
• To create and manage transaction accounts of MBF (MCL Biomass Farmer).
