The following vacancies exist at Ludhiana:
1. DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE/DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (Male/Female):
For filing documents in ICEGATE (Customs software).
BSC(IT),BCA preferable. Should also be proficient with Ms-office /Ms-excel. Should be able to liason and interact with customer sand have an affable personality.
2. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT(Male)
For Bank work, party accounts reconciliation, Voucher punching, invoice generation, debtors/payments follow up and collection etc. Should also be proficient with Ms-office/Ms-excel. Should have own conveyance.
3. SHIPPING LINE I CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (Import)Male/Female:
For container tracking, sending reports to customers,getting debit notes, Invoices, DO collection, Container tracking etc. Should be able to communicate & advise clients about shipment status/ duties/ dispatches etc. Prior experience in export /import trade/ logistics is essential. Should also be proficient with MSOffice/MS Excel. Candidates with prior experience with Surveyors will be preferred.
Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
