  • Documents od Foreign Students

    Notice
    It is come to our notice that no of foreign students have deposited their Passports willingly as security against their dues. They have not taken back their Passport from the office by paying their due on the dates committed by them at the time of depositing their passport. College cannot take responsibility of such important documents from this long period of time. It is the duty of the student to get back his/her Passport by paying their dues. The last date is December 31, 2015 after which a fine of Rs. 2000/- shall be taken from the student. Detail of the student and fine/dues are as under.

    It has been observed that a few students are not regular in attending their classes. Neither these students submit their assignments nor appear in midterms. This carelessness will have bad impact on the career and future of the student. Future is uncertain, life cannot predicted, and competition is immense. Student must be very careful of difficulties of life and must study with honesty and attention. Our aim is not to put financial burden but to impose some discipline on careless student. Therefore, from next semester college will impose fine on students as per following detail, which shows negligence in studies. This rule is in line with what other institute are doing. Your entire attendance in the class room, assignment submission and attendance in midterm is submitted to PTU before commencement of Semester Examination. University detains those students whose attendance is less than 75 %.

  • E-MAIL ACCOUNTS

    All the class teachers are instructed to take the email accounts of the students in their assigned classes in the beginning of the semester and deposit one list to Asst. Prof. Rashmi Bhatia and one to Asst. Prof. Gurinder Singh. Those students who do not have email accounts should be advised to meet Asst. Prof. Jaswinder Singh and take his help in creating one. In future notices will be sent to students on their emails. The practice of posting notices on notice boards will continue.

    Please keep your college clean. Throw empty packets of snacks, paper plates, napkins and any other waste material in dust bin only.

  • Academic Notes

    NOTICE
    Faculty is instructed to prepare the notes of all the subjects assigned to them. Management has clearly passed on the instructions that students be given quality notes by their teachers. The next semester will be beginning after Lohri. The conference room is assigned for this job. The faculty should sit in the conference room and prepare notes for the next semester. A copy of these notes be given to the Associate Director for maintaining a master file.

  • Co-Curricular Activities

    NOTICE

    The faculty members have been given the activity chart well in advance. It is the earnest desire of Dr.Zafar Zahir that our students must be engaged in various cultural activities and academic activities throughout the semester. Therefore, you are advised to start working on these activities. Prepare a skeleton framework, budget and trace other requirements necessary for carrying out these activities in a perfect manner. A meeting to this effect will be held on 2nd January and these details will be sought from you. Please be ready by that time.

  • Examination Fee

    NOTICE
    (Examination fee)
    It is for the information of all the students that the examination fee of Rs. 700/- will now be taken in advance in the beginning of the semester itself. As per the rules, the tuition fee and the bus fee must be paid within 15 days of the beginning of the semester. The examination fee must also be paid along with. In case student fails to pay the fee in time, he will be liable to pay a fine for which a separate notice has been appended on the notice board.

  • Self Assessment and Student Eveluation Sheets

    All the faculty members are advised to complete their self assessment sheet and student evaluation sheets by last 28th December.
