Students of SBS visited Verka Milk Plant (P) Ltd.. The team was accompanied with our Associate Director Mr. Manudeep Kaushal and Assistant Professor (Mr. Paramjit Singh) . The Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited popularly known as MILKFED Punjab, came into existence in 1973 with a twin objective of providing remunerative milk market to the Milk Producers in the State by value addition and marketing of produce on one hand and to provide technical inputs to the milk producers for enhancement of milk production on the other hand.

Students of SBS visited Dainik Bhaskar (P) Ltd.. The team was accompanied with our Assistant Professors Ms.Jasmeen Kaur,Mr.Nitish Batra and Mr. Jaswinder Singh. Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi: दैनिक भास्कर) is Indian Hindi-language daily newspaper. It has the third-highest circulation in India according to Audit Bureau of Circulations.It is owned by Dainik Bhaskar Group (D.B. Corp Ltd.), the largest Print Media Company of India. It was started in year 1958 from Bhopal, the capital city of Madhya Pradesh.

Synetic Business School today organized a seminar on Self Motivation. Dr. Sandhya Mehta, Principal, G.N.I.M.T was the keynote speaker. She shared his rich experiences on various creativity thinking techniques to generate new ideas and how to unleash the creative potential in yourself and your team. Students and Faculty members have learnt a lot from this seminar.

Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, chiefly responsible for drafting of The Constitution of India and a champion of human rights was born on the 14^th April, 1891. After graduating from Elfinstone College, Bombay in 1912, he joined Columbia University, USA where he was awarded Ph.D. Later he joined the London School of Economics & obtained a degree of D.Sc. ( Economics) & was called to the Bar from Gray’s Inn.

On his return to India in 1923, he founded ‘Bahishkrit Hitkarini Sabha’ with the main objective of spreading education & improving the economic conditions of the depressed classes. With the slogan of ‘Educate-Agitate-Organize’, the social movement led by Dr. Ambedkar aimed at Annihilation of Caste & the Reconstruction of Indian Society on the basis of equality of human beings.

In 1927, he led the march at Mahad, Maharashtra to establish the rights of the untouchables to taste water from the Public Chawdar Lake’, traditionally prohibited to them. This marked the beginning of anti-caste & anti-priest movement. The temple entry movement launched by Dr. Ambedkar in 1930 at the Kalaram Temple, Nashik, Maharashtra is another landmark in the struggle for human rights & political justice. Dr. Ambedkar held the view that “Only political power cannot be a panacea for the ills of the depressed classes. Their salvation lies in their social elevation”. As a Member of the Viceroy’s Executive Council from July 1942 he was instrumental in bringing about several legislative measures to protect the rights of labourers & workers.

Krishna Janmashtami also known as Krishnashtami, Saatam Aatham, Gokulashtami, Ashtami Rohini, Srikrishna Jayanti, Shree Jayanti or sometimes simply as Janmashtami, is an annual celebration of the birth of the Hindu deity Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu.

The festival is celebrated on the eighth day (Ashtami) of the Krishna Paksha (dark fortnight) of the month of Shravan (August–September) in the Hindu calendar. Rasa lila, dramatic enactments of the life of Krishna, are a special feature in regions of Mathura and Vrindavan, and regions following Vaishnavism in Manipur.While the Rasa lila re-creates the flirtatious aspects of Krishna’s youthful days, the Dahi Handi celebrate God’s playful and mischievous side, where teams of young men form human towers to reach a high-hanging pot of butter and break it.

Synetic Business School have organized the Intra Class Singing Competition on 3 Sept 2015. The winners were given winning trophy.

To give impetus to Pradhan Mantri Koshal Vikas Yojana . Synetic Business School today organized a top on skill development Programm. Dr Vijay Asdhir, Director, Khalsa Institute of Management and Technology was the keynote speaker. Dr Asdhir talked about the gap between the requirement of industry and the training programme imparted by the institutes. He advised the students to master skill required in new millennium to gain meaning full employment. He elaborated various training programs introduced by National Skill Development Council which are free of cost. He extolled the students to motivate themselves to take a plunge into the pool of various skills provided under this program and be self reliant

Synetic Business School organized a Football Tournament which was held on 31 Aug 2015.The match was played between seniors and juniors of different streams(BBA,B.Com and BCA). The game is very popular amongst international and indian students.The match won by the seniors.Participants were given certificates of merit and winning trophy.
