DNA Growth is looking for a financial professional who is excited about the financial planning and analysis department of a client. They will also be responsible for keeping track of a company’s financial plan, analyzing the company’s performance, alongside changes and market trends. The candidate should be strongly a result-driven person capable of working in a customer-demanding environment where multi-tasking and time management skills are critical.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Writing a variety of content related to various financial markets and subject
• Perform corporate presentations.
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Provide feasibility analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Desired Candidate Profile
· MBA (Finance), M.com , CA, CA Inter and Percentage of 10th or 12th should be more than 85%
· Strong verbal and written skills
· Must have knowledge of basic concepts of finance
· Must be a quick learner also able to learn new things with zeal and enthusiasm
· Self-starter & Self initiator with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel)
· Must be creative and innovative with ideas.
2) About the role: Research Analyst (Positions Opened – 5)
DNA Growth is looking for an analyst who will be responsible for delivery, solution development, research and innovation. Our research analyst should be typically being very quantitative, analytical, logical, and good at managing numbers and data.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Creating Business presentations, Executive summaries, Pitch decks, Investor plans and whitepapers.
• Create Business Memorandums for Investors from scratch.
• Continuously monitor the market and provide insightful quantitative and strategic analysis to our clients through research reports.
• Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques and industry standard primary research methods.
• Create detailed reports of findings.
• Simplify findings into presentations.
• Perform market engineering by estimates and forecast global micro and Macro.
• Regularly track pricing for specific products by various product/technology vendors.
• Review and write technical reviews of products using available resources following prescribed guidelines.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Desired Candidate Profile
· MBA (Any specialization), M.com, M.sc, M. tech, BBA degree required (Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics) Percentage of 10th or 12th should be more than 80%
· Strong verbal and written skills
· Must have knowledge of SWOT Analysis, Pestel Analysis, Product strategies and market research tools
· Must be a quick learner also able to learn new things with zeal and enthusiasm
