PURPOSE: To give knowledge about finance function in a corporate enterprise.
COURSE OBJECTIVE: The objective of this course is to acquaint the students of management with the basic knowledge of finance function in a corporate enterprise.this course also highlights the emerging issues of corporate restructuring , mergers and acquisition decisions. At the end of the course, the students should be able to:

- Know about the working capital management, leverage, capital structure and corporate restructuring.
