Student’s Evaluation Form

NOTICE
This is for the information of all the students and staff members that during every semester growth of students will be monitored. For this purpose student evaluation form has been designed and pasted along with this notice. The form will be filled by class teachers is full discussion with respective student. Complete transparency will be observed so that student also monitors the growth and improvement he/she is achieving and weakness which needs to be covered up.
