Dr. Ghazala Qadri, the main crusader behind these camps said that in rural areas, there are often no facilities available for basic health care needs. The few that are there are under-staffed and mismanaged. Due to such circumstances, the poor living in these remote locations go on suffering from easily preventable diseases.

Dr. Ghazala’s Unani and Herbal Clinic organizes health camps in such rural areas and arranges for medical teams, medical supplies and medicines to benefit the poor. She has already organized more than 10 medical camps in and around Ludhiana in last two months. Her Unani and Herbal clinic has benefited more than 500 patients so far.

  • Building Bridges and Improving Racial Harmony

Synetic Business School today organised a Mega Cultural Event – Building Bridges and Improving Racial Harmony in the campus to celebrate International Women’s Day. The audience included local leaders from Sahebana, Ramgarh, Jandiali, Kohara and Sahnewal. The theme of the program was to celebrate the concepts of Racial Equality, Women Empowerment and Right of The Girl Child. Synetic Business School has been a home to more than 125 students from 13 countries. Recent racial disturbances in Bangalore, Jalandhar and Delhi have raised concern about the safety of international students. This issue was also addressed in the event by Nigerian student Adam Levite, Ugandan students Doreen, Ruth and Kevin. Students performed drama on Dowry, Girls teams presented both Gidha and Bhangara. Management Trustee of the institute Dr. Ghazala Qadri said Empowering women in India is very necessary to bring gender equality or we can say that gender equality is very necessary to empower women. Our country is still a developing country and economic status of our country is very bad because it is a male dominated country. Men (means half power of the country) are walking alone and they forced women to do only household works. They do not know that women are the half power of this country and combining to male can form full power of the country. The day when full power of the country would start working, no other country would be more powerful than the India.
