Ludhiana, The Students’ Forum of Ludhiana Management Association (LMA), organised a seminar on the Topic, “Entrepreneurship is a Way of Life” by Mr. Kamal Wadhera at the Campus of Synetic Business School (SBS), Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana.
Mr Wadhera, delved upon his more than 25 years of experience and gave the management and commerce students from various colleges of the city that had assembled at SBS, six golden rules on how to make entrepreneurship a way of life. These are:
- Ability to say NO. Focus one think burning inside
- Spot the right talent for your business
- Never keep doing the same thing. Keep looking for new ways and alternatives
- Fear of Failure. Don’t be afraid to fail.
- Work on Your Strengths.You never win Silver you loose Gold. Work your strengths and not your weaknesses
- Focus on winning the War. Losing some battles is fine
The talk was followed by an equally interesting Question and Answer session where students of MBA, MCOM, BBA and BCOM from SBS, Department of Business Management PAU, Ludhiana Group of Colleges, etc. interacted on various facets of life as an entrepreneur.
