The theme of the program was to celebrate the concepts of Racial Equality, Women Empowerment and Right of The Girl Child. Synetic Business School has been a home to more than 125 students from 13 countries. Recent racial disturbances in Bangalore, Jalandhar and Delhi have raised concern about the safety of international students. This issue was also addressed in the event by Nigerian student Adam Levite, Ugandan students Doreen, Ruth and Kevin. Students performed drama on Dowry, Girls teams presented both Gidha and Bhangara. Management Trustee of the institute Dr. Ghazala Qadri said Empowering women in India is very necessary to bring gender equality or we can say that gender equality is very necessary to empower women. Our country is still a developing country and economic status of our country is very bad because it is a male dominated country. Men (means half power of the country) are walking alone and they forced women to do only household works. They do not know that women are the half power of this country and combining to male can form full power of the country. The day when full power of the country would start working, no other country would be more powerful than the India.

Mini Parliament at Synetic Business School
A mini parliament was organized in Synetic Business School today to discuss the two burning issue of Jat reservations in Haryana and Crack down on Jawahar Lal University in New Delhi. Students debated both the issues and presented their view points in a democratic way which can be a lesson to our cacophonous parliamentarians. Almost all the students vehemently opposed the anarchy in Haryana and the expanding web of reservations in India. They said meritocracy is being compromised and an image of banana republic is projected by such episodes. Government on one had fails to implement OROP in absolute sense for our soldiers but immediately sprungs up to pass legislation for Jat reservation. This is going to open up Pandora’s box.
Students also expressed displeasure the way media played doctored tapes on Kanahiya Kumar without verifying and knee jerk reaction of the Government. They questioned the media and public trial of Jawahar Lal University on the backdrop of sloganeering by few misleaded characters. Students said that India is a great democracy and every one has the right to express different ideologies provided they are within the realm of our constitution and national pride. -
