ASSET REPORT
Every faculty member will file a report on the assets in their respective class rooms. A proforma is being given to all of you. Please fill and submit the proforma to Dr. Ghazala Qadri by March 31, 2016. Mr. Deepak Kataria will prepare report on the assets in Private Room, Conference Hall, Auditorium and Security Room etc.

On account of S. Bhagat Singh’s martyr day, the college will remain close tomorrow. The mid term scheduled for tomorrow will now be held on coming Monday. Student’s are requested to post pictures of the events they will participate in on the website.

Students are instructed to clear their dues and get clearance positively by April 20, 2017. They must deposit their tuition fee, bus fee, canteen charges and fine if any and return all the books issued from the Library by this date. Admit cards will be issued only after the clearance.

Important Information : Visa’s of foreign students will be renewed only for the period in which they finish their degree in regular semesters. Reappears will not be taken into consideration for which they have to file special application.

This is for the information of all the foreign students studying in Synetic Business School that they MUST approach the institute to renew their visa at least one month prior to its expiry. College will not be responsible for any delay and the student will bear the fine and penalty. The institute will not entertain any application given at short notice less than one month.
This is for the information of Miss. Nalubwama Peruth that her visa is expiring on February 24 and she has till to date not bothered to apply for renewal. The institute is not responsible for her delay and she will bear all the fine and penalty herself.

Notice
This is for the information of all the students and staff members that the institute is undertaking two activities in the month of January:-
1. We are organizing a one day tour to Jain Temple and Gurudwara Manji Sahib, Khanna on 20th of January, 2017. The bus will leave sharp at 10:00 AM.
2. We are organizing a movie tour on 27th of January to SRS Mall. The name of the movie will be decided two days prior to the program.
In both cases, the bus will leave at 10:00 AM. As decided in the meeting, all the faculty members will accompany the tour except marketing staff members and supporting staff members. Any indiscipline by any student will call for Rs. 5,000 fine and suspension from the institute. Those students who are not interested to join in these activities will not come to the college as no student will be allowed to remain in the campus once the bus leave for the tours.
